Set Holidays on Calendar

Holidays let you set additional non- workdays. You typically know these long in advance, so take a moment to enter them now if you haven't already. 

You can declare a holiday for any reason ... if there's a day that nobody in your company will be working, make it a holiday. That way people will see that activities shouldn't be scheduled on that day, and auto-schedule will skip over it as well.

Note: after creating a new holiday, any auto-scheduled activities falling on that date will automatically be re-scheduled.

  1. Select Calendar > Edit Settings menu
  2. Click Holidays tab
  3. Click New Holiday... button to add a new holiday.
