Showing appointments on the shop views

Question

When I create a shop view, I don't see appointments. How do I add them?

Answer

You need to choose to show activities on the shop views.

  1. Go to Admin menu, choose Shop Settings.
  2. Click the Views tab on the left
  3. Click on the name of the view you want to edit, and choose Edit…
  4. In the section for Show Only Activities of Types, click the Select… button
  5. Check the box next to Appointment, in addition to the other activities
  6. Click OKOK again…

In addition to configuring the view to show appointments, you'll also need to verify that the security restrictions of the shop users allow appointments.

  1. Go to Admin menu, choose Shop Settings.
  2. You should already be on the Views tab, on the left
  3. Click on the name of a shop user, and choose Edit User...
  4. In the Security Restrictions section, verify that the user can see either
    1. All Activity types, or
    2. Restrict to the activities you want, including Appointment
