Auto-schedule based on job creation date
How can I auto-schedule an activity based on job creation date? I want an activity for Collect Deposit one day after job creation.
There isn’t a great way to do this but it can be done.
1. Set up a new activity (you could call it job created) with a default status of “Complete”
2. Set up your auto-schedule for Collect Deposit based on the new activity
3. Add the new activity to your job template(s) - http://help.moraware.com/article/236-defining-a-job-template
When you create a new job the “job created” activity will automatically contain today’s date.
For existing jobs, you will have to manually add the new activity or manually set the date for deposit.
