Track Appointments for Different Locations


For JobTracker customers with a separate fabrication shop in another location, appointments can be separated out for each location.


You can create an appointment category, then filter the view on the calendar.

  1. Add appointment categories – (for example Showroom, Shop).
    a. Go to  Calendar->Edit Setting 
    . Click on the  Appointment Categories section c. Add a  New Appointment Category… for Shop
  2. Now create a filtered calendar view for Shop
    a. Calendar->View Calendar
    Click the  Options… button c. Make sure that your  Activity Types include  Appointment.
    d. Click  Add Filter…
    e. On the left, select  Appointment Field
    f. Check the box next to Shop
    g. Click OK, OK
    Click  Save View…
