Creating a Job View that Hides Completed Jobs
A job automatically updates to a status of Complete when all Activities assigned to that job have a status of Complete or Canceled. If a job is still appearing as Active, check the status of the Activities for that job.
- Select Jobs::View Jobs menu
- Click Options... button
- In the Jobs - Options dialog, select Status = 'Active'
- (optional) Adjust the fields to be included in the view by clicking the Select Fields... button. Click OK
- (optional) Save the new View by clicking Save View... Enter a descriptive name and click OK
