Creating a Job View that Hides Completed Jobs

Background

A job automatically updates to a status of Complete when all Activities assigned to that job have a status of Complete or Canceled. If a job is still appearing as Active, check the status of the Activities for that job.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Select Jobs::View Jobs menu
  2. Click Options... button
  3. In the Jobs - Options dialog, select Status = 'Active'
  4. (optional) Adjust the fields to be included in the view by clicking the Select Fields... button. Click OK
  5. (optional) Save the new View by clicking Save View... Enter a descriptive name and click OK
