Print a Quote without Drawing

In some situations, you might want to print out a quote without a drawing. For example, you might have a countertop with complicated shapes that CounterGo can't reproduce accurately enough, and you're concerned that showing the drawing will confuse the customer. In such situations, it's better to print the quote without the drawing (perhaps providing them a CAD drawing separately).

To print a quote without a drawing, you need a quote form that omits the drawing. To make one,

  1. Go to Quote > Edit Settings
  2. Select Forms
  3. Click on an existing quote form and select Duplicate Form Template...
  4. Give the new form a name

  5. Click on the Drawing field to delete it

Now you have a quote form that you can use to print quotes without showing the drawing.
