Quoting Complex Shapes
Question
My customer sent me a drawing that I can't figure out how to recreate in CounterGo. What do I do?
Answer
CounterGo is optimized to quote typical kitchens as quickly as possible. The goal is to get a professional-looking quote quickly and to charge a profitable, competitive price.
While there are many interesting shapes that you can draw in CounterGo, you'll sometimes come across shapes that you can't recreate exactly. In those cases, we recommend drawing the bounding rectangles required for the countertops and to approximate the cuts required to fabricate them. This will still allow you to arrive at a useful price for your quote.
In such cases, it's usually preferable to print the quote without the drawing (since your drawing won't improve upon the one your customer provided).
