Updating Your Credit Card and Viewing Past Invoices

If your credit card expires or is declined, you can update it any time using the self-serve billing in CounterGo or JobTracker



To change the credit card for your Moraware software subscription, go to Admin::Billing in CounterGo or JobTracker

NOTE: You must be logged in as an Administrative user for the Billing menu item to appear.

NOTE: The first time you visit Billing, you might need to click to Allow Popups in your browser

On Chrome, the popup blocker is at the top - again, choose Always Allow:

In Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, the popup blocker is at the bottom - choose Always Allow: 

The Billing portal lets you update your credit card at any time, and you can also view past invoices - this will help you make sense of any charges (if something doesn't seem right, just let us know at support@moraware.com!)

If you have an outstanding balance, you can update your credit card and pay your balance at the same time:
